Today is Time To Talk Day. The aim of the awareness day is to encourage people to talk about mental health and change lives. Hiding my mental health struggles has always been a way for my illness to be stronger. At my worst moments, I hoped for people to ask how I was and give me the opportunity to just not keep my mask on. There is hope in recovery from mental health struggles. It can be a winding tricky journey, but it is possible. Today, speak to friends and just give them the chance to have a chat… or even not chat at all and just be together.
