I’m always a bit of a fan of a plan and getting organized 🙂 so of course there was going to come a time when this level of organisation would spill over into my blog! Don’t worry I won’t be losing characteristic ‘all over the place’ way of posting but I’m hoping to introduce some kind of regular features.

- Mental Health Monday: so this will be my main features/posts day! The general focus will stay mental health related 🙂
- Features Wednesday: features will be all the other types of posts I write, so creativity or inspirational as well as my general rants and stuff relating to what’s happening in the world. These posts will be largely unrelated to mental health, or less so than Monday’s posts. I’m also hoping to get some collaboration, interviews etc for Weds 🙂 get in touch in the comments if you’d be interested in getting involved!
- Finally, on a Friday, I will post reviews! These might be book reviews, film reviews or even spotlights on different organizations, projects or types of therapy… That kind of thing ❤️
Obviously, I’m only human and sometimes life has a way of creeping up on you and you can find yourself busy, so there may be weeks when I don’t quite follow this structure but hopefully it will look roughly like this and I will then make these sections more obvious!
